Farmshed relies on volunteers and financial contributions to help move our mission forward

For over 12 years, Farmshed has been creating opportunities for community members to support their farmers and access healthy, locally-produced foods. We rely on volunteers and financial contributions to bring programs to life.

Your contribution will help Farmshed continue well-loved programs, care for our historic downtown greenhouse location, and explore new opportunities in 2020, including:

  • Farm Fresh Atlas, a local food guide spanning 11 counties
  • Local Food Fair, held at SentryWorld on February 8, 2020
  • Chef of the Square at the Downtown Summer Farmers Market
  • Growing Collective, gardeners working together to start their plants from seed
  • Community Potlucks
  • The use of Farmshed’s kitchen to process locally grown food into tasty products
  • Programs that teach ways to cook and enjoy seasonal, local ingredients
  • Tour local farms
  • Learn about Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) opportunities
  • And more…
